YOHAKU MATCHA

Reconnecting a matcha once lost

returning you to yourself

Not to add. To return.

余白“Yohaku” is a Japanese word.
It refers to the space that allows things to breathe—
in art, in conversation, and in life.

Not emptiness,
but room.

Coffee sharpens you.
It activates, accelerates, and pushes you forward.
You already know how to use it well.

YOHAKU MATCHA is not here to add anything more.

It is a quiet subtraction—
of information, stimulation,
and emotional noise you didn’t notice accumulating.

Not a cup to add, but a cup to subtract.
No need to fix yourself—just return.

Not something you drink between actions,
but something you drink to step out of them.

We move constantly—
multitasking, consuming, reacting.

Yohaku Matcha helps you pause without fixing anything.

This is matcha as subtraction.
This is Yohaku.

Subtracting, until space—Yohaku—returns.

Matcha — Ceremonial Grade

Umami, sweetness, and a gentle bitterness
crafted as a quiet gradient of aroma, color, and taste.
We use first-harvest Uji tea, shade-grown into tencha, then stone-milled slowly to preserve what matters.
A cup that needs nothing added—already complete on its own.

How to drink: We recommend 60ml for a concentrated, traditional experience.
If you prefer a lighter cup, add more hot water.

Matcha - Wasanbon Smooth Finish

This blend is designed for those who find matcha too bitter,
softening its bitterness without compromising its umami, aroma, or depth.

Regular sugar brings instant sweetness that lingers on the palate — but in doing so, it overwrites the delicate bitterness and umami, silencing the quiet complexity of matcha.
Wasanbon dissolves quietly, allowing the aroma and umami of matcha to appear first — then disappears.

The result is a smoother, more balanced cup, where matcha remains the focus and sweetness gently fades away.

Wasanbon brings out what makes matcha special.
It never overwhelms—just quietly balances the aroma, umami, and color.
That’s exactly why it pairs so beautifully with matcha, however you enjoy it.

Ceremonial Matcha Ritual Set

This set is designed to make the ritual of preparing matcha simple, approachable, and meaningful.

It brings together two expressions of ceremonial-grade matcha:
one prepared in its pure, traditional form, and another gently finished with wasanbon to soften bitterness while preserving umami and aroma.
By experiencing both, you can explore how subtle sweetness and balance change the character of matcha — without losing its essence.

Whether you are preparing matcha quietly for yourself,
or welcoming guests for a casual Japanese-style tea gathering at home,
this set allows you to experience matcha not just as a drink,
but as a moment of presence and hospitality.

No advanced tools or formal training required —
just whisk, breathe, and enjoy.

Matcha Assorted Cookie tin(16pcs)

The first thing you taste is Uji matcha.

Its aroma and flavor unfold immediately,
then gently pass through the nose.

A refined sweetness with a hint of bitterness follows,
leaving behind a smooth, lingering umami.

Clear. Calm. Memorable.
A cookie where matcha arrives first — and stays last.
